Operations and maintenance team up to show students employment opportunities
In the cockpit, Maj. Eric Butler, 54th Airlift Squadron C-40 pilot and Mission Support Flight commander, talks to 932nd Maintenance Group members Senior Airman Alex Jenkins, and Staff Sgt. Butler has been recognized for leading Airmen in executing seven diverse support functions for the Total Force Association under the 932d Airlift Wing’s executive airlift mission. His main focus for the past several months has been updating the Flight Attendant Operations Center. Butler led the charge in coordinating requirements with the 375the Contracting Squadron and the 932nd Civil Engineer Squadron. During implementation of phase one, which involved $69,000 of upgraded equipment and remodeling, there was no degradation to missions or training. Together, maintainers and pilots, spoke to STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics) class students from Mascoutah school system, as part of a Dec. 10, 2018 tour at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.
