932nd: What inspired, or who inspired you to join the Air Force Reserve?
Kiner: Challenge myself, pay for college, experience new things/get out of my comfort zone.
932nd: What is your job here at the 932nd AW and a short description?
Kiner: All Source Intelligence Analyst; I help gather intelligence and make assessments on the adversary to aid the decision making process.
932nd: Any specific reasons why you wanted your current job?
Kiner: The problem solving involved seemed intriguing, and before I learned more about it there was a mysterious stigma around the intel field.
932nd: Do you have a family legacy of the military/Air Force/ Air Force Reserve and was that an influence on joining the Air Force Reserve?
Kiner: My father was a medic in the Air Force, one of my brothers are currently serving as a medic in the Army, and my oldest brother was aircrew flight equipment in the Air Force.
932nd: What is your Favorite Part of your job?
Kiner: The objective analysis of various topics and being alotted time to learn about various topics, cultures, countries, and their militaries.
932nd: What are some of your personal or Air Force Career goals?
Kiner: Personal Goals: Get a bachelors in Computer Science, help develop Artificial Intelligence to aid in either National Security or medicine.
932nd: Where do you see yourself in the next few years?
Kiner: Civilian: Working as an entry level data analyst. Military: Having learned enough leadership/career skills from my wingmen to better myself and those around me.
932nd: What do you look forward to with your time here at the 932nd AW, travel or work opportunities?
Kiner: I look forward to opportunities to deploy and aide in global missions.
