Airman spotlight with Airman First Class Nestor Biayi, personalist with the 932nd Airlift Wing Force Support Squadron.

932nd PA: Why the Air Force Reserve?

NB: I choose the reserve because I wanted to finish school. I had heard about the opportunity that the Air Force will pay for your school and still serve one weekend a month. That’s why I choose the Air Force Reserve.

932nd PA: What is your full job title and short description of your duties?

NB: My job title is a personalist. Some of my duties are monitoring retentions and programs, create, maintains and audit personnel records of military members.

932nd PA: What is one of your fondest memories since joining the 932nd AW?

NB: One of my fondest memories would be running with the commander last year and receiving my first coin. It meant a lot for me and some of my Development and Training Flight students.

932nd PA: What would you like to do or see in the next few years within your career or with the AF Reserve?

NB: I’d love to learn more about my career field and the air force in general. 932nd PA: Any additional thoughts you want to share?

NB: Like My military training leader chief at technical school used to say “destroy the competition,” Master Sgt. Cone.

932nd PA: Thank you Airman First Class Biayi for sharing your Airman Story
