Maj. Mokriakow Assumes Command of 932nd Logistics Readiness Flight

The 932nd Logistics Readiness Flight welcomed a new commander during an Assumption of Command ceremony held Dec. 7, 2024, at the 932nd Airlift Wing auditorium.

In front of an audience filled with teammates from the 932nd Mission Support Group, Col. Dori Mansur, Mission Support Group commander, passed the LRF guidon to Maj. George D. Mokriakow, signifying the official transfer of command.

Maj. Mokriakow brings extensive leadership experience to the role, ensuring the flight’s readiness to support the wing's global mission.

"As the LRF commander, my main priority is to work with the Wing, Groups, and Squadrons as a force support element, monitoring the needs of the Air Force, guiding members through the deployment process, and assisting with home station training and mission obligations," said Mokriakow. 

The ceremony emphasized the importance of leadership and teamwork in sustaining the 932nd Airlift Wing's readiness and mission success.
