Col. Glenn Collins, 932nd Airlift Wing commander, along with Command Chief Master Sgt. Barbara Gilmore and masters of ceremony Chief Master Sgt. Michael Atkins, chief enlisted manager, 932nd Civil Engineer Squadron and Chief Master Sgt.
