Last day for Reserve travel vouchers to be processed at Scott AFB Published Jan. 29, 2008 By 932nd FM Scott AFB, Ill. -- Friday, February 15th at 1300 will be the last day and time that 932nd Airlift Wing travel vouchers will be processed here at Scott AFB. Starting the week of 19-22 February all vouchers will be processed at the Air Force Financial Service Center (AFFSC) at Ellsworth AFB, SD. Because of this transition period, the FM shop will not be able to access RTS (the travel pay system) for a few weeks to check if your voucher has been paid. Please be patient with this change. FM was told that by 3 March, the process should be working well. The voucher should pay out in 5 business days. With all this said, please get your travel vouchers in as quickly as possible. There will be NO change in the way the vouchers are turned in to the FM shop. A voucher turned in after 1300 Friday 15 February, may take a little longer to payout, since those will be the vouchers being scanned to Ellsworth.
