    Senior Master Sgt. William Bassett retired from the 932nd Airlift Wing in a ceremony held August 4, 2019 at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. Bassett was part of the wing and command post since 2005.     The Air Force Personnel Center will host four tailored town hall meetings with the base on  Friday, Aug. 16 to address any and all areas of concern and interest as expressed by members of Scott Air Force Base.  Specifically, AFPC’s goal is to increase their awareness of customer issues as well as obtain feedback on how AFPC can better assist Airman

  • Notice of Availability - Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) for Installation Development at Scott Air Force Base (AFB), Illinois

    The U.S. Air Force (USAF) announces the availability of, and invites public comments on, the Draft Environmental Assessment evaluating the implementation of 15 installation development projects for the next 3 years (i.e., 2019 to 2021) at Scott AFB, Illinois. These projects will provide the infrastructure and functionality improvements necessary to support the mission of 375th Air Mobility Wing (375 AMW) and tenant units.
  • Team Scott hosts Air Force Wounded Warrior CARE event to promote resiliency

    Scott Air Force Base will host the Air Force Wounded Warrior program, or AFW2,  and approximately 125 wounded warriors and their caregivers during a weeklong event to promote healing and resiliency Aug. 18-23. This is the base’s first time hosting an AFW2 event.
