Mentoring helps Airmen grow

Master Sgt. Barbara Owens, 932nd Airlift Wing Force Support Squadron, listens to Command Chief Master Sgt. Chad Welch speak about his military experience at the unit's speed mentoring session on August 3, 2017. The event took place at the end of a two day special seminar as part of the wing's force development program at Scott Air Force Base, near Belleville, Ill.
