Building relations with local AFRC and Reg AF partners

Reserve Citizen Airmen with the 932nd Airlift Wing leadership chat with local Scott partners from Air Force Reserve Command, 42nd Cyber Operations Squadron, and 960th Cyberspace Wing during a meet and greet Nov. 13, 2020, 932nd AW Headquarters building, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. 

During the visit the Team Scott partners emphasized the importance and value of collaboration and cross flow, keeping the network lines open for career development and training, as well as for feedback and process improvement.

Col. Edward Hunn, 932nd Mission Support Group commander, asked about opportunities for officers and non-commissioned officers to gain additional experience and knowledge working with Team Scott partners at the 42nd Cyber Operations and 960th Cyberspace Wing.

Members from the 42nd COS and 960th CW all had great feedback regarding medical support and named Master Sgt. Melissa McRaven, 932nd Medical Group, and her team of Airmen, as outstanding performers. 

Deb Teague, Airman and Family Readiness, was also named as having provided support for spouses and Airmen in need from the visiting Scott Teams. 

Col. Chad Biehl, 932nd AW vice commander, asked about Letters of Agreements/Understandings, Memos of Agreements/Understandings, and put out that he wanted to be sure the services and support we offer are consistent and current, to codify verbal agreements and to get support when needed.
