Spouses helping spouses within the wing is another building block for helping the wing to retain resilient leaders needed at the squadron, wing and even higher headquarters levels.

A luncheon was held at Scott Air Force Base to thank and remind the key spouses about why they are so important to the health of their loved ones in squadron and the wing.

The current 932nd AW Key Spouses and Mentors for the 932nd fulfill an important role for members and their families.  Having someone to talk to about military life and challenges is helpful and could make the difference on someone staying longer in the reserve or getting out at the next enlistment.

If you are interested in becoming a Key Spouse or want more information, please contact Deb Teague at 618-229-7556. The next 932nd Airlift Wing activity will be a Key Spouse information table at the Newcomers Meet & Greet on Saturday, July 13, from 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m., located at the active duty Airman and Family Readiness Center (next to base post office and Burger King).

Deb Teague reminds members to stop by her office at anytime and get connected! (U.S. Air Force photo by Lt. Col. Stan Paregien)
