At a Yellow Ribbon Program event, Master Sgt. Deb Teague (left) talks about resources available to servicemembers who have returned recently from serving in Afghanistan or Iraq. Yellow Ribbon is a DoD wide-effort to help Reservists and National Guardsmen with support before, during and after deployment.
