”While many may view a CCAF as simply checking a box, it is so much more.  It is a vital gear in the education and evolution of our enlisted force.  Enlisted PME is required for career development and growth, a CCAF, while being a part of career progression, also provides for personal development, growth, progression and accomplishment.  These factors, to me, show why a CCAF is more than just a box checked," said Chief Master Sgt. Atkins when asked what is the importance of a CCAF degree.
