Cold and flu season approach, prevention class held

Did you know that common colds are the main reason for missed work/school days each year and that adults average 2-3 colds per year?   Did you know that around 20% of US residents get the flu each year and more than 200,000 are hospitalized from it?   Wouldn’t you like to know how to lower your chances of catching a cold or the flu?

If so, please join Caitlin and Carrie, our Civilian Health Promotions team, as they teach us about lowering our chances for getting a cold or the flu on Wed 30 October at 1000 in the Wing Conference Room.
