October 31 trick or treat base hours

SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. --  Joint Total Force Scott evening reminder for October 31:

Base trick or treat hours are 1800 to 2000. 

Speed limits in base housing will be 5 miles per hour. 

The Pax Terminal will scan treats from 1900 to 2100.   Always check candy yourself too.  Have a safe evening throughout Scott Air Force Base.
