Commanders meet to improve the unit
At right, Stephanie Boehning, 932nd Airlift Wing process improvement manager, speaks to commanders as they learn more about IMR (Individual Medical Readiness). 932nd Airlift Wing commanders received additional briefings and training to help increase their management skills and reform and improve the unit on November 14, 2019, at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. The 932nd AW is an Air Force Reserve unit flying the C-40C aircraft and is known among reserve units as the "Gateway Wing" due to its close proximity to St. Louis and the arch.
