Fitness overview helps encourage unit
The day starts early before the sun rises as one unit member gets the fitness clock ready. Explaining the fitness running 1.5 mile test parameters and answering questions from other wing members, Senior Airman Hearon Octavia, far right, prepares to start the timing clock November 4, 2018, at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. She is a member of the 932nd Airlift Wing's Mission Support Group, Services Flight, and she helps get Airmen ready for the various parts of the fitness test each unit training weekend.
