Enjoying Career and Diversity Day in Illinois

The 932nd Airlift Wing educated Airmen about various careers available within the Illinois unit, and cultures in the background of various members, as they honored their contributions during a Career and Diversity Day. Here, Airman 1st Class Kathryn Baskerville and Airman 1st Class Kaida Smith, both from 932nd Force Support Squadron, pause in front of the 932nd AW's C-40 plane. Booths from various career fields showed off job openings and training needed to accomplish those missions like security forces and aircraft operations. A process booth took suggestions from members on how to improve the unit as well. The event honored cultural diversity, and exposed 932nd AW Airmen to the qualities that make various cultures unique; it took place November 4, 2018, at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.
