Members of the 932nd Airlift Wing and other active duty Airmen cross over the track safety barrier after helping take part in the national anthem ceremony at Gateway track. As part of the event, 932nd Airlift Wing Maintenance Group commander, Col. Sharon Johnson, was recognized on stage with the Indy drivers at the Bommarito Automotive Group 500 Aug. 25, 2018, Gateway Motorsports Park, Madison, Illinois. Johnson was an honored VIP to help kick off the 2nd annual IndyCar race which was won by Will Power.
