Prize awarded for medical knowledge

A visiting civilian employer receives a special AES patch for answering a medical question posed by staff at the 932nd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron. The visit took place during the annual Boss Day tour at the 932nd Airlift Wing, October 13, 2018 at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. Boss Day helps civilian employers better understand the Air Force Reserve mission and strengthens the employer-reservist relationship. The employers met Employers Support of the Guard and Reserve representatives, and spent all day escorted by public affairs staff to see various aspects of the 932nd AW, which is made up of four core groups, including the 932nd Maintenance Group, Medical Group, Mission Support Group, and Operations Group. The Illinois unit is the only Air Force Reserve Command wing, attached to 22nd Air Force, that flies the C-40C. (U.S. Air Force photo by Lt. Col. Stan Paregien)
