Singing the national anthem, "The Star Spangled Banner", 1st Lt. Rebecca Smith and Master Sgt. Karen Ridge help members of the 932nd Airlift Wing Honor Guard show respect for the American flag at the start of the unit's Non-Commisioned and Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Induction Ceremony. It was held as a special event during the 932nd AW's Unit Training Assembly, September 9, 2018, at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. Friends, family, and co-workers cheered as the new inductees walked up to collect their promotion certificates from the commander of the wing, Col. Raymond Smith, and the Command Chief, Chief Master Sgt. Barbara Gilmore.
