932nd Airlift Wing leads and spotlights Airmen in Illinois

Each month a different Airman is spotlighted within the 932nd Airlift Wing. This month the commander of the 932nd Airlift Wing, Col. Raymond Smith, right, presented a special wing coin to Staff Sgt. Brian Evans, who was spotlighted and told his background story about crossing over from the Marines to the Air Force. He spoke to group and squadron leaders during the pre-Unit Training Assembly meeting on September 7, 2018, at Scott Air Force Base. Evans is a maintainer with the 932nd Maintenance Group's Aerospace Ground Equipment shop. He said, "What I like about the 932nd Airlift Wing is the professionalism and our aircraft maintenance, along with our C-40 distinguished visitor mission which is vital and helps prevent wars."
