Proper sleep helps productivity and avoids danger
Caitlin Murphy, Civilian Health Promotion Specialist, teaches a healthy living course on how to get more restful sleep on March 21, 2018, at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. The class explained dangers of lack of sleep when driving and operating equipment, along with how to prepare for a good night's sleep. Looking on is Stephanie Boehning, the 932nd Airlift Wing Process Manager and Certified Covey facilitator. Boehning, helps facilitate improvement courses like this, which are all listed on the wing's EIM page. Electronic mail reminders are sent to unit members to give them a chance to come and not only improve themselves personally, but also improve the execution of their unit, squadron, group and wing mission.
