932nd Aeromedical Squadron trains in the air
Flight nurses and medical technicians of the 932nd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, located at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., discuss over radio headsets how to care for a simulated practice patient during a training flight Dec. 17, 2017. They flew aboard a scheduled training flight, to get experience in the air, courtesy of the 507th Air Refueling Wing out of Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, who provided aircrew aboard the KC-135 plane. This gave 932nd AES a chance to provide upgrade training and refresher skills to several Airmen, separately from unit training assembly weekends. The 932nd Airlift Wing is a 22nd Air Force unit, under the Air Force Reserve Command. (U.S. Air Force photo by Lt. Col. Stan Paregien)
