Fitness tips from 100 percent club member

Making her way quickly around the last lap of a recent 1.5 mile fitness test is Tech. Sgt. Stephanie Johnson, wearing the number three jersey, at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. She scored a perfect 100 points on her overall fitness test and had some tips for others to improve in the future: "I run about 4 to 5 miles a day, Monday through Friday to include hills. I avoid sugar and sodas, and do eat a variety of foods like chicken, turkey, and lots of water, but occasionally enjoy a pizza and some ice cream!" She noted other areas to work on in the months leading up to testing are ABS, sit-ups, planks and push ups. This is Johnson's fourth time in a row to score a perfect 100. (U.S. Air Force photo by Lt.
