Checking the "SIP Shelter in Place" book and checklist is 1st Lt. Kelsey Smith, who led her team through a sheltering in place scenario near the wing headquarters building, Oct. 16, 2017, at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. Novy and Senior Master Sgt. Wayne Cantwell (the 932nd Inspector General Inspections NCOIC), met with safety and Wing Inspection Team (WIT) members early in the morning, and made the rounds throughout the wing facilities to watch inspection events unfold.
