Professional force postured for exercise success
In the foreground, the 932nd Airlift Wing Interim Director of Inspector General-Inspections (IGI) Lt. Col. Julie Novy, communicates with members of the 932nd AW's Wing Inspection Team (WIT) in green belts on Oct. 16, 2017 at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. Wing Inspection Team (WIT) Airmen are trained many months ahead of time to help run the readiness project for the Illinois unit. By splitting up in multiple areas, they observed unit members responding to a simulated challenging shelter in place situation, and made notes and observations regarding how to get better in the future.
