Recruiting helps Airman cross into the blue
Members of the 932nd Airlift Wing Delayed Entry Program meet with their recruiters for a briefing earlier this summer at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. At far right, Senior Master Sgt. Melissa Melichar is the 932nd Recruiting Squadron Flight Chief in charge of all accessioning of new Airman at the Illinois unit . At center, recruiter Tech. Sgt. Sarah Seibel gives instructions to the new Airmen, and also helps prepare them for basic training with paperwork, reporting statements and weigh in procedures.
