At left, Lt. Col. Julie Novy, 932nd Airlift Wing Interim Director of Inspector General-Inspections (IGI), makes inspection notes as Senior Master Sgt. Wayne Cantwell and 932nd Chief of Safety, Lt. Col. Mike Louer, meet at the wing headquarters building, Oct. 16, 2017, at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. Novy and Cantwell (the 932nd Inspector General Inspections NCOIC), met with safety and Wing Inspection Team (WIT) members early in the morning, and made the rounds throughout the wing facilities, to watch inspection events unfold and then grade reactions to simulated situations.
