Recruiting helps new Airmen cross "into the blue"

Melissa Melichar is the 932nd Recruiting Squadron Flight Chief in charge of all accessioning of new Airman at the Illinois unit . At far right, recruiter Tech. Sgt. Sarah Seibel also helps prepare them for basic training with paperwork, reporting statements and weigh in procedures. Some recruits are shipping out soon to Lackland Air Force Base for training.
