Honorary Commander speaks to professional development seminar

Steve Bione, a 932nd Airlift Wing Honorary Commander, speaks to Illinois Airmen of the 932nd AW about the blended retirement program, the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) and upcoming changes in 2018. Bione joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in August 2002 and became a 932nd Airlift Wing Honorary Commander in 2016. Previously, he served as a vice president responsible for marketing and sales at Synergy Manufacturing Technologies as well as a product manager for Cooper B-Line.
