Airmen witness final parting shot

At left, Maj. Gen. John Flournoy congratulates the outgoing commander of the 932nd Airlift Wing, Col. Jonathan Philebaum, as he thanked his family and the wing, and retired on June 3, 2017, at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. Friends and family from around the nation came to the 932nd Airlift Wing "Gateway Wing", to see the retiring commander's last day, and to honor and thank him for more than 31 years of faithful service to the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserve Command.
