Community thank you in action: The 932nd Airlift Wing made a visit to Belleville West High School on Feb. 8, 2018, to thank the "Maroon" marching band for attending and playing songs "live" at a recent deployer's send off event. Here, the highest ranking enlisted member, 932nd Command Chief Master Sgt. The Director of the 932nd Airlift Wing's Airman and Family Readiness Office, Deb Teague, spoke to unit members about finances Feb. 5, 2018, at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. The topic was "How to Make the Most of Your Money" and the intense, 60 minute crash course was held at the 932nd Airlift Wing's main auditorium. She provided snacks and pizza for those civilians and military members attending, and then answered many questions regarding money, both good and bad ways to utilize it. The next finance class will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 28, with a focus on the Thrift Savings Program (TSP) that is available to government civilians and military members. Executing the mission: The 932nd Airlift Wing's Maintenance Group (MXG), is responsible for leading people who are always training and equipping to inspect, maintain and repair Air Force Reserve Command C-40C planes at Scott Air Force Base. The 932nd MXG's management of resources improves the wing's professionalism and enables the 932nd Operations Group's C-40C aircraft to fly distinguished visitor (DV) airlift around the world, anywhere they are needed by the nation's leaders.
