Lt. Col. DePalma retires
Commander, 932nd Airlift Wing, Col. Jonathan Philebaum, presents Lt. Col. Ralph "Louie" DePalma with his Certificate of Retirement, May 6, 2017 inside Hangar 1, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.
