Honor grad honored

Col. Jonathan M. Philebaum, commander, 932nd Airlift Wing, takes time during the Wing Review meeting May 5, 2017 to honor and present Senior Airman Travis J. Biggers the Commandant Award plaque Biggers earned for demonstrating leadership and military professionalism while attending the Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force Bud Andrews Airman Leadership School Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. "This award means a lot as I was recognized as a leader in a leadership school," said Biggers about winning the Commandant Award.
