Airman Spotlight for April

Col. Jonathan Philebaum, commander, 932nd Airlift Wing, excitedly shares how much the Airman's Story means to him, March 31, 2017, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, during the wing review pre-unit training assembly meeting. "I love getting to the know the Airman and hearing their stories," said Philebaum just before presenting Senior Airman Hillary Haynes a wing coin for sharing her story.
