The colonel recognized the dedication and contributions of both the chief and his family in a special promotion ceremony held March 5, 2017. A packed room of fellow Airmen came out to witness the event on Scott Air Force Base, near Belleville, Illinois. Chief Cutchins is the Superintendent of Health Services Management at the 932nd Medical Squadron, 932nd Medical Group. Steve Bione, a 932nd Airlift Wing Honorary Commander, speaks to Illinois Airmen of the 932nd AW about the blended retirement program, the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) and upcoming changes in 2018. Bione joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in August 2002 and became a 932nd Airlift Wing Honorary Commander in 2016. Ready to ship off to basic military training camp? Lt. Col.
