Crafting a good bullet statement
Tech. Sgt. Deshae Clinton, medical technician, 932nd Airlift Wing Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, crafts a draft version of an enlisted performance review bullet statement during a professional development course Feb. 5, 2017, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. Each Airman has a performance review, EPR for enlisted and OPR for officers, due every two years. The bullet statements are a special format and can be tough to master writing them. "The course made me motivated to write and boosted my confidence," said Clinton. "I think every Airman should attend at least one bullet writing course." (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt.
