Companies and colleges set up tables and gave out information to unit members to help them consider future options January 7, 2017. The wing flies the C-40C aircraft and is the premier distinguished visitor airlift operation in the Air Force Reserve Command. With over 1,000 members, the wing equips trains and organizes a ready force of Citizen Airmen to support and maintain all facets of air base operations involving infrastructure and security. Caitlin Murphy, Civilian Health Promotion Specialist, teaches a healthy living course on how to get more restful sleep on March 21, 2018, at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. The class explained dangers of lack of sleep when driving and operating equipment, along with how to prepare for a good night's sleep. Looking on is Stephanie Boehning, the 932nd Airlift Wing Process Manager and Certified Covey facilitator. Boehning, helps facilitate improvement courses like this, which are all listed on the wing's EIM page. Electronic mail reminders are sent to unit members to give them a chance to come and not only improve themselves personally, but also improve the execution of their unit, squadron, group and wing mission. Sharing financial ideas important to success.At center, the Director of the 932nd Airlift Wing's Airman and Family Readiness Office, Deb Teague, along with recruiters Tech. Sgt. Brittany Paus and Master Sgt. Tabetha Coley, spoke to unit members about finances during a recent drill weekend at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. The topic was "Making the Most of Your Money", with a focus on budgeting, saving and the Thrift Savings Program (TSP) that is available to government civilians and military members. Capt. Jessica Emory, 932nd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, and Lt. Col. James Stenger of the 932nd Medical Squadron, give directions and discuss various medical procedures from their unique backgrounds in both military and community work. Members of the 932nd Airlift Wing participated in medical refresher courses March 4, 2018, at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. During this particular class, medical teams from the 932nd Medical Group and 932nd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron worked in a training area using a simulated (robotic) patient to check vital signs electronically.
