Leadership knowledge aids in professional development class
Master Sgt. Tabetha Coley, a line recruiter for the 932nd Airlift Wing, teaches an intro to Enlisted Performance Report (EPR) bullet writing class, Jan. 8, 2017, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. Coley was an instructor for Airman Leader School for five years and used both her knowledge from teaching but also as an Air Force recruiter to help 932nd Airman write more professionally crafted EPRs. "As recruiters we want to continue to invest in our people that are in the unit and not just focus on new recruits," said Coley. She feels she was selected to teach because of her own belief that you find a good mentor or subject matter expert and latch on to them. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt. Christopher Parr)
