Chief Master Sgt. Jeffrey Brockelsby is presented his Certificate of Retirement from the 932nd Maintenance Squadron commander, Lt. Col. Gus Kartsonas, Hangar 1, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, Nov. 5, 2016. Brockelsby first joined the Navy in 1976 and after 7 years of active and reserve duty, he then went on to join the Air Force Reserve Command in 1991.
