Boss Day impresses employers

Maj. Patricia Wilkinson, 932nd Medical Group, speaks to bosses about trauma during a simulation patient treatment session. 932nd Airlift Wing medical staff welcomed employers of 932nd Airlift Wing members to the "Boss Day" event. They received a first-hand look at not only real world medical issues, but also the varied missions of the Wing during Boss Day, November 5, 2016. Among other things, they were treated to a security dog demonstration, a trip to the control tower, civil engineers, fire fighting, as well as lunch on board one of the unit planes. Employers heard briefings from public affairs, the 932nd Airlift Wing top enlisted and officer leaders, historian, safety office representative, and learned what the flying mission is about. Bosses also had the opportunity to tour the weather center. When leaving at the end of the day, the civilian bosses said they were thrilled by the mission and the expertise of the men and women of the 932nd Airlift Wing. (U.S. Air Force photo by Lt. Col.
