First sergeants lead the way

Several first sergeants with the 932nd Airlift Wing met for a two day offsite training course October 3, 2016, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. The First Sergeant's Council Offsite Training was kicked off with a visit from the 932nd AW commander, Jonathan Philebaum, second from left, and Command Chief, Chief Master Sgt. Chad Welch, second row center. Philebaum welcomed the group and encouraged them to intreat with the various 932nd AW group and squadron commanders as they lead people throughout the year.
