Congratulations on retirement

The 932nd Airlift Wing commander's outgoing administrative assistant, Diane Grapperhaus, waves farewell over 1,500 miles away via teleconferencing, to Maj. General John Flournoy, Jr. (flight suit), Fourth Air Force commander, upon the occasion of her retirement from civil service on Friday, 30 September, 2016 at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. Flournoy, when he was a colonel at Scott Air Force Base, was her commander years ago at the 932nd AW. Also in the teleconference at left in utility uniform was the former 932nd Operation Group commander, Col. Doug Planer.
