Jonathan Philebaum, for his outstanding work attitude and attention to detail, during a training event at Scott Air Force Base on August 13, 2016. Airmen of the 932nd Civil Engineering Squadron battled the elements of rain, summer heat, humidity, thick mud, and bugs deep in the woods, but they managed their resources and kept squadron camaraderie high.
