Improving leadership skills

Graduation certificates were presented by the 932nd Director of Staff, Lt. Col. Julie Novy (center), to Lt. Col. Grace Chapin (left), and to Lt. Col. Stephanie Boehning (right), who recently went through this Advanced Leadership Certification Program to become part of the John C. Maxwell Team, a program which focuses on achieving potential, inspiring and motivating others through mutual respect, and creating influence.
