Chaplain assistant receives superior achievement
932nd Command Chief, Chief Master Sgt. Chad Welch presents Tech. Sgt. Jacob Spencer his Air Education and Training Command Commander's Award for superior academic achievement, July 9, 2016, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. Spencer earned the award for having a final grade of 91 percent during the six week chaplain assistant tech school. Spencer had been a assigned to the 932nd firefighters, and is a civilian firefighter, but wanted to be able to help people in a different way.
