Lt. Col. Stephanie Boehning, process improvement manager at the 932nd Airlift Wing, is presented the Meritorious Service Medal by the commander of the wing, Col. Jonathan Philebaum. Boehning distinguished herself in the performance of outstanding duty while assigned to the unit in Illinois from 15 June 2009 to 14 June 2014. She led the Mission Support Flight conversion to Force Support Squadron and merged two critical wing functions with no disruption to service. She was handpicked as the 2010 Inspection Emergency Operations Center Deputy Director and conducted multiple key Air Force Smart Operations events. Stephanie Boehning with a special coin recognizing her military years of service to the unit and the nation. Tech. Sgt. Phillip Robbins, is a flight attendant for the 932nd Airlift Wing, flying the blue, white and gold C-40C aircraft at Scott Air Force Base, Ill.. He helps distinguished visitors with loading their heavy luggage ahead of the trip, and spends many hours ahead of each trip to plan each leg of the journey. He additionally prepares meals during the flights.
