Strategic offsite sets tone

Commander of the 932nd Airlift Wing, Col. Jonathan Philebaum (standing), speaks and listens to his wing members speak discuss future plans, sparking energetic discussions. He spent time talking and listening one on one with his group commanders and squadron commanders during an offsite strategic planning meeting held July 6, 2016. The meeting was designed for them to discuss 2017 strategic issues, priorities, goals and metrics through improvement processes now, even as they look far out through the rest of 2016 and on into 2017. The vision of the wing was noted several times, which is: "An innovative, professional and unrivaled force postured to meet global challenges of tomorrow." (U.S. Air Force photo by Maj.
