Leading people at the 932nd Maintenance Group
Chief Master Sgt. Lance Ott listens as the commander of the 932nd Airlift Wing, Col. Jonathan Philebaum, discusses long range maintenance issues with the commander of the 932nd Maintenance Group (MXG), Lt. Col. Amanda Sheets. The MXG is responsible for leading people who are training and equipping Airmen to inspect, maintain and repair Air Force Reserve Command planes. This MXG's management of resources improves the wing's professionalism and enables the 932nd Operations Group's C-40C aircraft to fly distinguished visitor (DV) airlift around the world. In the background Command Chief Master Sgt. Chad Welch (left) and Senior Master Sgt. Todd Wadkins follow the tour. Colonel Philebaum took several days to make the rounds and meet people throughout the Illinois unit, which is part of 22nd Air Force, under Air Force Reserve Command. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech.
