Weather flight

Stephanie Boehning with a special coin recognizing her military years of service to the unit and the nation. Tech. Sgt. Phillip Robbins, is a flight attendant for the 932nd Airlift Wing, flying the blue, white and gold C-40C aircraft at Scott Air Force Base, Ill.. He helps distinguished visitors with loading their heavy luggage ahead of the trip, and spends many hours ahead of each trip to plan each leg of the journey. He additionally prepares meals during the flights. Tuskegee Airman, retired Lt. Col. Robert (Bob) J.
